These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our digital products, including themes sold through the Shopify Theme Store, as well as your access to our website, themes.vowelweb.com. By purchasing or using any product from Vowel Web, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions For clarity, the following definitions apply:

Date of Purchase :

The date a transaction is successfully completed on the Shopify Theme Store.

Theme :

A digital product, such as the Adron Shopify Theme, designed and sold by Vowel Web for use on Shopify stores.

License :

The rights granted to you to use the purchased Theme in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

End Product :

A single Shopify store using the purchased Theme for personal or commercial purposes.

Product Update :

An update provided by Vowel Web to improve functionality, fix bugs, or enhance features of a Theme.

Theme Usage

Single Store License :

Themes purchased from the Shopify Theme Store are licensed for use on a single Shopify store only.

If you close a store, you may transfer the Theme to another store you own. Contact [email protected] to facilitate the transfer.

Prohibited Uses :

Themes cannot be shared, resold, sublicensed, or redistributed to third parties in any form.

Any unauthorized distribution, whether modified or unmodified, may result in termination of the license and legal action.

Modifications :

You are permitted to customize the Theme to suit your store’s branding and functionality needs.

Vowel Web retains all Intellectual Property Rights over the original Theme and any modifications derived from it.

Intellectual Property :

All Themes remain the intellectual property of Vowel Web. Purchasing a Theme grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in accordance with these Terms. Support and Updates

Product Updates :

Your purchase includes access to all future updates for the Theme at no additional cost. Updates are designed to ensure compatibility with Shopify and improve Theme functionality.

Support Services :

Vowel Web offers support for Theme installation and troubleshooting through [email protected].

Custom development requests fall outside the scope of support services.Warranty and Limitation of Liability

As-Is Product: :

All Themes are provided “as is.” Vowel Web does not guarantee that Themes will meet all specific requirements or be compatible with third-party apps or services.

Limitations :

Vowel Web is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption, resulting from the use of our Themes.

Vowel Web is not liable for issues arising from improper Theme installation, third-party software conflicts, or unauthorized Theme modifications.

Compliance :

Themes are not guaranteed to comply with all regional, national, or international regulations, such as GDPR or ADA requirements. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Browser and Device Compatibility :

Supported Browsers :

Vowel Web Themes are designed to be compatible with the latest stable versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge.

Device Compatibility :

Themes are optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices but may not function perfectly on outdated or unsupported platforms.

Changes to Terms

Vowel Web reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on themes.vowelweb.com.
