Mega Menu
The Voltix theme features a flexible and visually rich Mega Menu designed to enhance navigation and improve product discovery across your storefront.
It includes the Mega menu block, which allows you to combine structured navigation lists with up to two promotional images with custom titles and links. This block is perfect for organizing large product catalogs, highlighting seasonal sales, and presenting a clean, modern layout directly inside your header.

How to Configure the Mega Menu
- From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.
- Click Customize on the Voltix theme.
- In the Theme Editor, select the Header section from the left sidebar.
- Click Add Block and choose Mega menu.
- Configure the block settings and click Save.

How to Configure Mega Menu Settings
- Menu Item: Enter the exact name of the parent-level menu item that should trigger the Mega Menu. For example, enter Shop if the Mega Menu should appear when customers hover over or select the "Shop" menu item.
- Select Image: Upload an image to display as a featured image within the Mega Menu. You can use promotional, category, or collection images to make the navigation more visually engaging.
- Image Title: Add a title or label for the featured image to provide customers with additional context about the content being promoted.
- Select Image Link: Assign a destination link to the featured image. Customers will be redirected to the selected product, collection, page, or other destination when they click the image.
How To Create Nested Navigation Structure
To display columns of links in the mega menu, you must set up a multi-level nested menu structure in your Shopify Admin under Online Store > Content > Menus.
Configure your navigation with the following hierarchy:

- Level 1 (Parent): The main top-level link (e.g., "Shop") which triggers the mega menu.
- Level 2 (Headers): The column headers within the menu (e.g., "Best seller", "New Arrivals").
- Level 3 (Sub-links): The individual items listed under each header (e.g., specific products, collections, or custom pages).
Important: Please ensure that the spelling of the Menu item field in the customize panel exactly matches the lowercase title of the Level 1 parent item in your navigation menu. If there is a mismatch, the mega menu layout will not render.
FAQs
Why isn't my mega menu displaying?
Make sure the Menu item value in the theme editor block is in lowercase and exactly matches the parent menu item's title in your Shopify Navigation settings (e.g., if the parent is "Shop", enter "shop").
Can I display only one promotional image?
Yes, you can upload only one image and leave the second image field empty. The menu links will occupy the remaining space automatically.
How do I change the image captions?
You can edit the titles below each image using the Image title input fields inside the block settings in the Theme Editor.
